Where can I share my videos made with Biteable?
Biteable videos work wherever you do. Use your video’s unique link to share via email, Slack, Teams, and social media, or download the MP4 to embed in presentations or your company intranet.
Do I have to pay extra for stock videos, music or animations?
Nope! Every Biteable plan includes access to thousands of animations, soundtracks, templates, and stock images & footage. Biteable animations are designed by our studio team — you won’t find them anywhere else.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
No, you don't need a credit card to start your free trial. You only need to enter your credit card details when you choose to purchase a paid plan.
Can I invite my colleagues to my Biteable trial?
Yes, you can invite up to 3 people to join your trial. After you start your trial, you'll see an option to invite others. You can also invite others to your trial from your account page by going to My Account > Users.
This is a great way to test Biteable's collaboration features. If you'd like to invite more than 3 people to your trial, contact support from within the Biteable app.
Do you have yearly and monthly plans?
We have both yearly and monthly plans. Visit our pricing page to see both plans and prices. Yearly plans offer our biggest discount.
What if I need help or have questions?
All plans include support from our friendly customer support team.
Do you have a plan for teachers and students?
Yes, we offer an Education plan at reduced prices for teachers and students in approved institutions. Fill out the online application form to request the Education plan.
What if I don't need Biteable anymore?
You can cancel your plan at any time. You'll be able to keep making and publishing videos until the period you've paid for ends.
